We're looking for an experienced Transformation Advisor, M&A, Divestiture and Private Equity to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of M&A, you will:

  • Accelerate revenue growth with existing clients and prospects, with a focus on M&A/Divestitures driven sales opportunities
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities with sales and advisory partners to move towards deal closure and customer success
  • Develop pre/post sales content, artifacts and expertise
  • Build, lead and develop client relationships within the assigned sector or region
  • Accomplish quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Work to cultivate main Big 5 and strategic advisory relationships (M&A/D, Private Equity, Technology, Security), to showcase Zscaler's differentiation – requires confidence when leading business, operational and technical presentations and discussions
  • Maintain close contact with clients during their M&A/Divestiture journey, offering ideas and options for expanding the Zscaler's value proposition
