How you will make a difference: 

We are seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to join our GTM Enablement team. This role is designed for a dynamic and driven individual who will lead the enablement strategy and execution for our technical product releases, training programs, and feature rollouts. The ideal candidate will ensure that our sales, solutions consultants, customer success, and professional services teams are fully equipped to understand the technical capabilities of our products, install and support new features, and convey their business value to customers.

You’ll get to:

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams focused on new product releases, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders are informed and well-prepared.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling business value propositions that help sales teams understand how to position products effectively with customers.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Consultants to create comprehensive training materials and resources that align with product enhancements, integrations, and support processes.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and technical deep dives for both technical employees (such as solutions consultants and professional services) and sales teams, ensuring they are proficient in both the technical aspects and the value proposition of the products.
  • Support the professional services and solutions teams by developing enablement resources that detail how to install, configure, and support new product features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure consistent messaging and technical knowledge dissemination.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives, using feedback and data to continuously improve training content, materials, and delivery methods.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the product roadmap and upcoming releases to proactively develop enablement strategies and resources for new features and product launches.
  • Ensure all product enablement content (guides, documentation, training videos, etc.) is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for technical teams and sales representatives.

We are looking for people who have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Technical Enablement, Product Enablement, Technical Training, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing, ideally within a technology-driven organization.
  • Proven experience training technical teams (e.g., solutions consultants, professional services) to install and support complex product features and integrations.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts (e.g., APIs, system integrations, custom configurations) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of the Martech/Adtech ecosystem and technologies, such as mobile platforms, APIs, programming, custom integrations, and ETL processes.
  • Ability to represent technical concepts clearly and effectively, breaking down complex ideas into digestible training that resonates with different audiences (e.g., sales teams, technical consultants).
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering role-specific enablement programs, particularly for technical teams and customer-facing roles within the product release cycle.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple training and enablement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Experience with tools like WorkRamp LMS, Salesforce CRM, Gong, and Guru preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, educate, and inspire diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • A passion for learning and professional growth, being highly coachable and invested in your development and career path.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $103,000-$158,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
