About the role
The Tech Partnership Manager will play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with technology partners and other named tech-focused partnerships. This individual will be responsible for evaluating potential partnerships, building growth strategy, negotiating terms, and ensuring the effective execution and management of ongoing partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology ecosystems, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for innovation and collaboration.

- Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new partnership opportunities with technology companies (ISVs, SaaS providers, cloud platforms, hardware manufacturers, etc.) to enhance product offerings, improve customer value, and expand market reach. - Relationship Management:
Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with key technology partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment of business objectives. - Partner Ecosystem Growth:
Drive the growth and expansion of the company’s partner ecosystem by identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and potential partners that can contribute to achieving business goals. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements, product integrations, and go-to-market strategies. - Business Development and Revenue Generation:
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to integrate partnerships into the company's sales strategy. Contribute to revenue targets by leveraging technology partnerships to drive joint sales opportunities, co-marketing campaigns, and product enhancements. - Contract Negotiation and Management:
