Your role in our mission

• Supervises solution operations and applications development teams in building and maintaining strong, positive business partner relationships with the client(s) or potential clients.
• Oversees end to end service delivery ensuring that account specific objectives for applications services are met; develops account operational plans; reviews and resolves issues and problems related to staffing and estimating, client concerns and center operations. 
• Ensures fiscal control by developing, monitoring, and adjusting account budgets and forecasts to achieve account financial targets including revenue, cost, margin, and operating income objectives.
• Ensures account client relationships and satisfaction are maintained by meeting current and potential solutions and/or applications needs, ensuring contract compliance, developing long term application strategies, and monitoring and resolving client satisfaction survey results.
• Collaborates with leadership on applications business development growth strategies within existing accounts; formulates and executes designed business development plans to meet growth targets to increase revenue and market share while continuing to grow and expand accounts, leverages the use of innovation, works with account management teams and service delivery resources to identify, and develop solution opportunities and ensure appropriate implementation of customer solutions.
• Understands and leverages operating models to ensure that the appropriate company resources are available to meet client needs.
• Maintains expertise in management of operational excellence, client/account relationships and applications outsourcing, understands applications development methodology, best practices and principles, while sharing and collaborating with other team members.  Uses appropriate practices and principles as warranted for client situations.
• Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Makes recommendations for salary increases, transfers, and terminations to manager.

What we're looking for

  • Eight or more years of leadership or supervisory experience in Implementations & Operations, to include people management.
  • Experience in a Medicaid environment. Knowledge of Medicaid processing. 
  • Knowledge of System Integration functions and services within Medicaid Enterprise Systems. 
  • Strong program and project management skills, manage multiple large projects including implementations and maintenance and operations programs. Experience conducting organizational analysis and reporting.  Ability to implement reporting standards and repeatable work patterns/processes for SI projects across  the organization. 
  • Ability to manage multiple levels of technical staff and drive technical and business solutions to meet SLA’s and performance standards.
  • Strong communication skills at a leadership level to provide updates to upper management
  • Experience working with contracts, financial management, and technical staffing.

What you should expect in this role

This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we are considering candidates from all US locations.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
