THE ROLE
Responsible for developing comprehensive customer communication strategies tailored to meet client objectives and drive business growth across email and paid media channels. They leverage skills in analytics and audience insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable results for clients.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting:
- Able to support diagnosis by assessing current client and competitor landscape.
- Collecting and organizing information, e.g. market insights, competitor site analysis.
- Basic grasp of business and economic concepts.
- Directs portions of diagnosis by assessing current client and competitor landscape.
- Able to perform market insights, competitor site analysis.
- Strong grasp of financial analysis and business case concepts. EX: Campaign performance, segmentation performance, digital channel optimization based on performance data
- Professional demeanor and representation at client presentations and meetings.
- Ability to leverage multiple online platforms to extract data, audience selection, and support reporting and insights deliverable
- Basic familiarity of marketing channels, (e.g., email, direct mail, mobile, social) and the 4 Ps of Marketing.
- Understands the basics of segmentation and communication strategy.
- Basic knowledge of industry and consumer insights tools.
- Supports new business pursuits with background research, and customer experience analysis.
- Independently manages individual elements of new business pursuits.
- Travel as needed (occasional client meetings or team meetings)
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for people who have:
- 2+ years' experience in online advertising within Account Management, Client Services, Project Management or similar function
- 2+ years in basic CRM, digital and segmentation experience. Foundational understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an accelerated environment, while maintaining careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently think strategically and problem solve
- Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Nimble Learning, Action Oriented, Collaborates, Communicates Effectively, Self Development, Customer Focus
Core Competences and Knowledge:
- Marketing Orientation:
- Basic familiarity of marketing channels, (e.g., email, direct mail, mobile, social) and the 4 Ps of Marketing.
- Understands the basics of segmentation and communication strategy.
- Basic knowledge of industry and consumer insights tools.
- Analytics:
- Foundational understanding of analytics.
- Able to use analytical tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, web-based tools, and dashboard reports.
- Communication:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to support and develop client presentations.
- Able to present data, analysis and statistics in a simple and clear way.
- Client & Project Management:
- Strong project management skills.
- Able to handle single clients or individual projects independently.
- Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and diverse clients.
COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00, depending on location and experience.
