The Strategic Programs Manager role is an opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic and collaborative sales & marketing program manager to work within a complex and fast-paced business unit supporting Qualcomm. This is a pivotal, highly visible role responsible for driving strategic account management, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the seamless execution of key projects and initiatives. Support senior leadership and client partners through effective process oversight, executive-level reporting and insights and ensuring ongoing success by effectively promoting the value of the program. The SPM should be able to analyze results and make strategic decisions in consultation with clients and senior management to identify growth opportunities that drive market share.

Compensation
$85,000 - $90,000 annual salary paid weekly and up to 10% annual bonus potential paid out quarterly

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects that support the client as well as the broader field team, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget with minimal oversight
- Build relationships with partners, provide program coordination, and implement action plans that align to overall strategic objectives
- Prepare and present detailed executive-level reports highlighting program updates, field team impact, insights and other relevant information to senior leadership both internally and externally
- Ensure presentations are designed with a high level of professionalism, incorporating advanced design principles and storytelling rooted in data and insights; Utilize charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex information. Ensure all presentations are free of errors and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Support senior leadership in development and ongoing maintenance of key program tools and bench markers such as status trackers, critical paths, program roadmaps, event recaps, case studies, newsletters, etc.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide actionable insights and program recommendations that drive ROI for our clients and leverage the full breadth of BDS service offerings, in partnership with senior leadership
- Design field survey questions that seek to uncover industry/competitive insights that are compelling to our clients and highlight the expertise and value of the field team
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Operations and Training team Leadership to ensure client and program objectives are aligned with execution tactics
- Support event planning and execution for internal and client events to ensure meeting objectives are achieved; execute post-event surveys and recaps
- Drive team culture initiatives such as quarterly recognition programs, “surprise & delight” moments for our retail partners, team newsletters, etc.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3-5+ years of industry and agency experience in a client facing role
Skills and Attributes
- Experience in a client-facing role, with an emphasis on program management; ability to draw on this experience to proactively and independently to the program
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating across multiple departments effectively
- Proven experience in cross-functional partnerships - superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience in capturing and reporting insights, trends, and developing action plans
- Storytelling through reporting, always considering the “so what” and “now what”
- Professional attitude, possessing superior observational skills, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess challenges with a solution-oriented mentality
- Impeccable follow up and follow through
- Strong technical savvy required (Excel / Sheets, Word / Docs, PowerPoint / Slides)
