Strategic Leader, Evolve

Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Strategic Leader for Evolve In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that benefit our country.
This accomplished and results-driven Senior Leader will help expand the footprint of Planet’s Evolve product suite delivering Workforce Development, Training and Adoption to a wide range of customers across our Business. This role strategically identifies and drives opportunities within government entities, higher education institutions, and commercial businesses by leveraging Microsoft solutions for infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity enhancement, and digital transformation leadership. 

Responsibilities

• Provide creation and execution of a robust business development plan to expand and develop opportunities Evolve Microsoft Technology training services. 
• Conduct market analysis identifying trends, opportunities within potential markets and building creative campaigns to expand Evolve’s brand recognition and adoption. 
• Foster engagement with key decision-makers in targeted opportunities and moving opportunities from identification through delivery effectively. 
• Contribute/manage to the proposal development process, working with our Learning experts and proposal teams, to ensure the delivery of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals, creating tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. 
• Stay current with government policies, trends, and procurement processes to effectively position our services.  
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a robust pipeline of new business prospects.  
• Ability to represent Evolve 365 to key industry and Microsoft representatives. 
• Provide timely and accurate business forecasts and reports to senior management. 
• Lead and prospect generation through methods to include Industry relationships, Microsoft relationships, associations, conferences and events, media, and cold prospecting. 

Skills Required

• Proven experience driving Learning and Development and/or End-User customer Adoption with specific experience working with Government, Education and/or Commercial. 
• Experience in providing Learning and Development and/or End-User customer adoption of the M365 Service and Suite of applications and services. 
• Experience working successfully with GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and other government contracting vehicles. 
• Proven strategic leadership of growing and expanding a business. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills as well as an established reputation as an industry expert  
• Ability to navigate modernization projects and influence decision-makers at all levels.  
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client satisfaction.  
• Willingness to travel as needed.  
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is helpful.

On-Target-Earnings for Strategic Leaders at Planet Technologies range from $125,000 and $200,000. Several factors will impact final pay offered to a successful candidate including but not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, clearance level, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, etc.
