Strategic Customer Project Manager
We are shifting from a product-led approach to managed service-led customer solutions, helping health systems and IDNs achieve their goals. This Director role will ensure CPM teams globally can plan, implement, and operate enterprise deployments while defining their role in a standardized playbook with proper training. You will establish a standard for excellence, measure success through financial and operational KPIs, and identify key supporting roles for successful deployments.
Your role:
Serve as the primary Services Delivery representative on the Enterprise Client Executive Team, working closely with Philips leadership and customer executives to plan, implement, and operate multi-year strategic enterprise engagements.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams, as well as customer resources, to meet expectations and achieve strategic goals across multiple healthcare sites.
Establish and implement standards for communicating project progress, incorporating Change Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Analysis, and Governance Plans to ensure transparency, alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
Define and drive customer change management strategies to support seamless Philips product and service implementation, identifying key handoffs between pre-sales and delivery to optimize resource allocation, project timelines, and measurable business outcomes.
You're the right fit if:
10+ years of experience in Project Management and Enterprise IT Integration, preferably within a healthcare environment such as Healthcare IT (EMR vendors) or Patient Monitoring.
Your skills include proficiency in project management tools, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and capacity to influence diverse teams and stakeholders up to C-suite.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is required within six months of hire; additional certifications in LEAN, SAFe, Kepner-Tregoe, or ITIL are ideal.
You’re a collaborative leader with robust negotiation skills, a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
e.g. This is a Field role.
