Our Strategic Customer Marketing Leads are autonomous, self-driven leaders that are relentlessly focused on building and scaling unique Marketing strategies with our most important and largest customers in the most complex categories. They are responsible for building deep partnerships, finding creative ways to engage and activate employee and household populations leveraging our core playbooks, and creating new, repeatable strategies. Lead Strategic Customer Marketing Leads consult and interface directly with customers to strategize, design and execute marketing initiatives to ensure the success of our program with the highest standards. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Be a growth driver by collaborating with customer success, strategic account managers, and our biggest customers to drive enrollment, and ongoing utilization within distinct customer accounts.
  • Deeply understand Covered Life populations (humans with access to Spring Health) within your domain - their aspirations, fears, limitations, functional ways of life - and develop acquisition and engagement strategies tailored to meet those populations where they’re at. 
  • Lead marketing and engagement discussions with our partners and customers to co-develop ROI-positive marketing plans. Build and present annual and quarterly engagement plans that support mutual goals.
  • Build and execute customer marketing programs that maximize Spring Health owned/operated channels and the customer’s owned/operated channels.
