Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Alliances & Channel Senior Manager! Reporting to the Regional Director of Strategic Alliances, you’ll play a key role in driving growth through our reseller arrangement and channel partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a role at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and customer success as our organization expands into new verticals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Educate and Advocate: Build strong relationships with consultants and brokers serving SMB and health plan customers, championing Spring Health’s value and channel partnerships.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as a primary contact for partners, ensuring they’re equipped to promote Spring Health to their clients effectively.
- Collaborate to Improve Partnerships: Meet quarterly with partner teams to provide updates, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
- Support Client Success: Participate in quarterly business reviews, identify data needs, and ensure clients maximize their benefits through health plan partnerships.
- Create Impactful Tools: Partner with product marketing to develop engaging sales tools, campaigns, and presentations that drive consultant engagement and deal closures.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Keep up-to-date on Spring Health’s offerings, competitive intelligence, and market trends, delivering actionable insights to refine our reseller strategy.

- Pipeline Growth: Drive new opportunities through self-sourced and partnership leads.
- Revenue Impact: Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Build Advocacy: Establish a network of consultants recommending Spring Health through partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across teams to achieve shared success.
What we expect from you:
- 7+ years of experience in benefits sales, brokering, or the group/voluntary benefits space.
- Proven relationship-building skills with a track record of driving results through consultant and broker networks.
- A self-starter mentality with a focus on accountability, KPI tracking, and autonomous project management.
- Exceptional communication skills and a curious, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for making mental healthcare accessible to all.
The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $138,400, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
