Job Summary

The role of the Strategic Account Sales RepresentativeĀ involves expanding the customer base through proactive sales strategies, such as outbound calls, video sales meetings, and in-person meetings. This position will specifically target multi-location regional prospects, large national organizations, and strategic partnerships. The key responsibilities include proactively identifying and securing new logo accounts.Ā 

Ā ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Utilize tools such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Trade shows, to identify new prospects - targeting multi location facilities, franchises, large national organizations, PE backed roll ups and strategic partnerships.Ā Ā 
  • Build a sales pipeline, both individually and in collaboration with the sales and marketing teamsĀ 
  • Manage full sales cycle with a consultative approach to help customers understand solutions to their business challengesĀ 
  • Establish, develop, and nurture relationships through outbound calls, video sales meetings and in-person sales meetingsĀ 
  • Provide professional product (software) demonstrations via zoom and in-person meetingsĀ 
  • Create and manage RFIs, RFPs, contracts, and proposalsĀ 
  • Develop strategies and tactics to create, and engage with prospects that generate and close/win opportunitiesĀ 
  • Taking ownership be accountable for daily activities, growing their sales pipeline, the sales process from initial contact through close; utilizing a test, measure, and learn mentality

Requirements

  • A proven record of accomplishment of successfully selling high tech products and services, preferably software-as-a-serviceĀ 
  • Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or videoconferenceĀ 
  • Record of accomplishment of quickly growing and generating sales from large corporate accounts in an emerging marketĀ 
  • Ability to connect with and converse with ā€œCā€ suite executives about business and related challenges and solutionsĀ 
  • 3-5 years outbound sales experience required in a B2B sales environment, SaaS (Software as a Service) is a plusĀ 
  • Successful record of accomplishment of sales in an environment with 6-to-12-month sales cycles, and multiple decision makers/influencers.Ā 
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic with the ability to work independentlyĀ 
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skillsĀ 
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem-solvingĀ 
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritize, and multitaskĀ 
  • Ability to proactively source new customers through a variety of resources (LinkedIn, google, Industry Partners, Tradeshows)Ā
