About the role

EliseAI is looking for a founding Strategic Account Manager who will play a big part in building relationships with existing customers, optimizing engagement and product usage. As an Account Manager, you will identify and expand strategic accounts within our multifamily segment and find key opportunities within your portfolio. This is 100% a pure sales role. 

Responsibilities

  • Expand and enhance relationships within your book of business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of EliseAI’s products and new features.
  • Work with Support, Product, and CS teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and resolve any issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, facilitating the development of new features based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing to develop playbooks, processes, scripts, and other tools to support growth

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing strategic accounts, closing new business or driving expansion, with a proven track record. 
  • Minimum annual quota of $1.5MM of SaaS or net revenue in a quota carrying role
  • Experience in account management within a B2B SaaS hypergrowth startup is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective sales discovery and demo meetings, and to manage a structured sales process from start to finish
  • Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience working in real estate or proptech is a plus

This role is remote for candidates outside of the NYC area. Candidates located within commuting distance of NYC will work from our headquarters a few days per week.

Job Compensation Range:

The base salary for this position is $150,000 and the OTE is $340,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and bonus depending on the role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process. In addition to the salary range listed, this role is eligible for commission based compensation.
