Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Join us at Seeq as we elevate revenue operations with a pivotal Senior Salesforce Administrator position, reporting directly to our VP, of Revenue Operations. Are you prepared to lead strategic alignment across all revenue-centric functions, spanning from marketing to customer success, to provide growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction?Â
As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in architecting and optimizing a cohesive Salesforce instance across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You wonât just execute tasksâyou will think critically about intent, challenge assumptions, and design scalable solutions that serve the broader business.Â
We are looking for a naturally curious and creative problem-solver who thrives in an environment where initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement are key. You will be a strategic partner to revenue teams, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, communicating process refinements, and fostering continuous enhancements. Your expertise will ensure that our Salesforce ecosystem is not just functional, but a powerful enabler of growth, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.Â

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Â
- Provide administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include:Â
- Customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, permission sets, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, etc.Â
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and process efficiencies within Salesforce to support sales team. ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practicesÂ
- Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce. Â
- Continuously improving data integrity by executing data improvement projects and on-going data clean-up.Â
- Development of data governance for SalesforceÂ
- Development of training material related to Salesforce usage based on role to aid in user adoption and adherence to processes.Â
- Conduct Salesforce training for new hires.Â
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to deliver actionable data to sales management and executive leadership.Â
- Independently research and propose multiple solution approaches when addressing complex business challenges, considering long-term scalability, user impact, and technical feasibility.Â
- Own Salesforce governance and change management processes, ensuring a structured approach to modifications while maintaining system stability and performance.Â
- Act as a consultant to stakeholders by assessing existing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience.Â
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating and implementing enhancements that provide value to the business.
Requirements
- Must hold a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce, in a SaaS âŚ
