Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead strategic enablement initiatives to ensure our Channel Partner teams, inclusive of both internal partner managers and external partners, have the knowledge, tools, and resources to drive success with our SaaS solutions.
Design, develop, and execute engaging learning sessions, training content, and certifications, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Operations teams to align on partner needs and offerings.
Identify knowledge gaps and learning needs within our partner ecosystem, and develop tailored training programs to address those needs, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and partner success.
Customize and refine product and marketing messaging to ensure it resonates effectively with partners and their customers, driving adoption and growth across the channel.
Develop and manage detailed project roadmaps focused on partner enablement, ensuring alignment with business goals, partner KPIs, and successful execution of partner-focused initiatives.
Collaborate with Partner Leadership to create a coaching culture, enhancing the performance of internal partner managers and external partners alike.
Utilize tools like Salesforce, PartnerPortals, and enablement platforms to align training and resources with product updates, channel campaigns, and key partner events.
Ensure consistent communication of company values, vision, and goals to all partners, strengthening relationships and building trust across the partner network.
Expectations
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in partner-facing roles within a SaaS or B2B tech environment, including at least 2 years in enablement, training, or learning development focused on channel partners or partner managers.
Proven success in building enablement programs that drive channel growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Experience working with external partners, understanding their business models, and helping them enhance their capabilities to grow alongside your company’s solutions.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, project management, and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, PartnerPortals, and learning management platforms.
Behaviors: Collaborative, results-driven, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships to empower partners. A strong ability to translate complex concepts into actionable knowledge for partners.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, SaaS product offerings, channel marketing strategies, and the customer lifecycle.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Bonus Experience & Skills
Experience in instructional design, LMS administration, and partner enablement within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Strong diplomatic skills, integrity, and executive presence that allows you to build rapport and influence partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional project management capabilities, with an ability to rapidly assess needs, implement solutions, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $150,300 - $200,400
Zone B: $135,300 - $180,400
Zone C: $124,700 - $166,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
