About the Role:
An experienced and dynamic Adjacent and Emerging Markets Leader responsible for spearheading business development efforts within under-served markets with high-growth potential for Pathward. This individual will play a key role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships in Emerging and Adjacent markets.
What You Will Do:
- Conducts thorough research and analysis of Emerging and Adjacent markets to identify growth opportunities.Ā
- Stays abreast of local market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identifies and prioritizes new business opportunities within Emerging and Adjacent markets, including potential clients, partners, and revenue streams.
- Builds and manages a robust pipeline of leads, negotiates contracts, and secure new partnerships.
- Establishes relationships with key stakeholders, including financial services firms and fintech partners.Ā
- Collaborates with Solutions Engineering team to ensure offerings are designed to meet the specific needs and preferences of the target market.Ā
- Provides feedback and insights on how to adapt business models, products, and services to Emerging and Adjacent market conditions.
- Ensures that all business development activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identifies and manages risks associated with entering new markets, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and work experience.Ā
