RESPONSIBILITIES:The Sr. Manager-Sales with Deluxe Merchant Services is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. This teams works in a channel with non-profit partners and integrated software vendor (ISV) partnership referrals.
Day-to-day management, mentoring, coaching, acquisition, development, and promotion of employees
Conduct quarterly business reviews with team members and leadership
Ensure the company achieves the set growth goals
Maintain relationships, grow net new business, and identify opportunities within the client base
Improve go to market approach and enhance sales effectiveness
Lead the development and strategic planning for achieving the sales and profit budgets
Strategize with leadership on go to market strategy, and improvements to current sales acquisition process. Responsible for forecasting sales and managing pipeline for team in CRM system
Bachelors Degree in business or related field
4 years of experience in payments industry sales, and familiarity with payments products
Must be 18 years of age or older
3 years of people leadership experience in SaaS or payment environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales, profit and objective goals
Experience at using CRM applications for pipeline management
Demonstrated success in leading and developing a successful sales team
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to create and implement strategic plans

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
