RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sr. Manager-Sales with Deluxe Merchant Services is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. This teams works in a channel with non-profit partners and integrated software vendor (ISV) partnership referrals.

  • Day-to-day management, mentoring, coaching, acquisition, development, and promotion of employees

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with team members and leadership

  • Ensure the company achieves the set growth goals

  • Maintain relationships, grow net new business, and identify opportunities within the client base

  • Improve go to market approach and enhance sales effectiveness

  • Lead the development and strategic planning for achieving the sales and profit budgets

  • Strategize with leadership on go to market strategy, and improvements to current sales acquisition process. Responsible for forecasting sales and managing pipeline for team in CRM system

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)
  • Bachelors Degree in business or related field

  • 4 years of experience in payments industry sales, and familiarity with payments products

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)
  • 3 years of people leadership experience in SaaS or payment environment

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales, profit and objective goals

  • Experience at using CRM applications for pipeline management

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a successful sales team

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to create and implement strategic plans

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
