Sr Manager, Sales Leadership Training Specialist

What you will do:
• Demonstrated ability to transmit technical/ clinical/ procedure knowledge to others
• Proactively analyze competitive education and training activities to determine best practices
• Leverage deep knowledge of sales process into sales education curriculum with focus on driving business objectives
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to deepen sales team expertise and learning
• Instrumental in the design of educational continuum that ties to organizational objectives
• Lead by example on how to best collaborate with peers
• Set direction and shape future needs for sales education continuum
• Drive advancements in the delivery of our sales education programs
• Responsible for establishing, measuring and aligning sales education metrics to business objective
• Build sales education strategy and communicate to key stakeholders to gain organizational alignment
• Manage budget, evaluate past decisions and prioritize new investments
• Leverage network to drive continuous improvement of our Sales Education offering
• Lead activities designed to enhance divisional capabilities across sales education offering
• Establish communication strategies within global/ divisional plan
• Drive differentiation of our sales education across our industry
30 %of travel is required
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
• MBA preferred
• 7+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
$115,500 - 245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
