Job Description

This Sr Mgr Product Partnerships will report to the VP Product Partnerships at Xplor Technologies and will be responsible for getting SMB Customers to adopt additional value-add products and services. This individual will be enthusiastic about finding creative ways to meet customer needs. They will have the autonomy to build new products, integrate with partners, and provide ongoing services that make existing Xplor SaaS Customers more successful. You will thrive in this role if you can take existing $3-500K pilot programs and mature them to their next stage of multi-million dollar revenue streams.

The individual should be a well-rounded professional that has broad product marketing, partnerships, sales, and SaaS background. We’re looking for someone who can drive outcomes across many different products and verticals. This new team member will focus on increasing the penetration of our current programs, creating the requirements and benefits of our affiliate partner marketplace, activating and finding new partners, and defining our SaaS service offering which is currently in its beta launch.

You will thrive here if you love simplifying the value of SaaS products through your own words, marketing materials, and presentations. You should be someone who loves presenting and influencing internal teams getting them excited about the programs and products. This person will have business acumen to efficiently prioritize the programs and partnerships we should invest time in, and they should be comfortable managing business cases and forecasts for their partners and products. We’d especially love someone who enjoys the autonomy of creating “businesses within a business”

 

The average base salary pay range for this position is $80,000 to $130,000

Qualifications

●    5-8 years of experience in Marketing, Partner Marketing, SaaS, or Enterprise Sales 
●    Communication and negotiation skills that influence internal stakeholders and SaaS Customers
●    Strong influence with presentation skills 
●    Business understanding and experience with innovative vertical SaaS offerings
●    Copywriter at heart who loves doing design work from the ground up without needing multiple stakeholder signoff
●    Passion and interest in the fitness technology space, small business space (HVAC, Landscaping, Dry Cleaning, Education)
