Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations
Remote, Texas, United States - Remote
The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing our revenue operations processes to drive revenue growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of revenue operations best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales strategy and planning by helping develop key GTM team objectives and their measurement
- Ongoing administration, enablement, and optimization of new and existing platforms and tools
- Prioritize internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly, based on business need
- Oversee and optimize all revenue operations processes, sales enablement, sales forecasting, territory management and deal management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align revenue goals and drive collaboration
- Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Assist team with optimizing revenue operations systems and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable processes and policies
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, preferably in a scale-up/hyper growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce and customizing Salesforce to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes
- Experience with managing Outreach or similar Sales Engagement software
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales and revenue data
