The challenge

Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at leading healthcare & life sciences companies to advise on digital strategy, customer-experience and next-gen innovation. Adobe has long been at the forefront of digital transformation enabling new experience-led business models in industries such as retail, travel, and banking, and now healthcare & life sciences are among the fastest growing industries partnering with Adobe.

As a leader in our healthcare practice, you will partner with Adobe’s largest, most strategic payor and provider customers. Leading a team of strategists, you’ll leverage industry expertise and demonstrated experience with digital solutions to advise on the value of technology in accelerating key business priorities. You will collaborate with internal and external experts with experience from leading consulting & technology companies to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations. You will advise industry executives and utilize your experience to become a trusted advisor to clients, serving as a thought leader on trends, digital innovation, and use cases for Adobe technology. In addition to your work with leading healthcare brands, you will help shape Adobe’s industry vision and develop accompanying strategies to drive revenue growth. in partnership with.

What you need to succeed

  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, having worked at or consulted leading payor &/or provider organization(s)
  • Deep understanding of key industry trends, business issues, strategic priorities, challenges, & opportunities within healthcare companies (e.g., Marketing/ Media, Sales, Digital, IT)
  • Understanding of digital customer engagement & high-level marketing technology capabilities and concepts; Ability to articulate business value of digital experience & marketing technology investments
  • Ability to partner with Sales leaders to collaborate on creation of account-level & sales opportunity-level strategies & plans to drive results for customers & Adobe
  • Proven track record of driving alignment with healthcare client executives around business transformation vision, strategy, roadmap & investment
  • Experience interacting with SVP / C-Level stakeholders within healthcare organizations, whether in a role with consulting firm, marketing / digital agency, or industry-side Marketing, Digital, or IT function
  • Experience developing & maintaining strong customer / client relationships as well as collaborating across internal ecosystem functions / partners including product & marketing teams, system integrators and technical solution partners
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Experience coaching, motivating & retaining high performing teams
  • Inform the HLS brand vision & messaging, engaging audiences in 1:few or 1:many presentations at industry events, virtually and in person to elevate market positioning
  • Support collaboration with product organization, informing capabilities and identifying future state industry needs and areas of investment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $149,500 -- $284,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
