Role Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Brand and Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will merge the Brand Marketing Strategy team and the Growth Channel Marketing teams to create a cohesive and powerful marketing force. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and expanding our customer base.
The Senior Manager position leads the go-to-market planning for the Electrify America, Electrify Canada, Electrify Commercial, Electrify Home and As Seen on EV brands. The role will lead all marketing launches and ensure cross functional alignment on all marketing initiatives. In addition, the role will ensure a consistent brand voice and creative identity is delivered across the company and that all strategic marketing activities are tied directly to business KPIs. This position will work closely with the marketing controller and finance team in managing department's budget allocation, tracking and reporting. This position requires a strong leader, that is both a team player and strategically sound.

Brand Marketing & Strategy (45%):
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company vision, values, and target market. Define and communicate the brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice consistently across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
