We are seeking a talented, motivated and passionate individual to join our Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) services and implementation team. The primary function of this role is to implement projects on our Integrated Platform-SpheraCloud solution on a variety of challenging assignments related to numerous corporate sustainability and environmental accounting standards, to new and existing clients across a range of industries.

The (senior) implementation consultant is able to leverage subject matter knowledge to guide customers to the best possible solutions. You will need to be confident and assertive; Used to making decisions in a fast paced environment, and an excellent communicator.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support requirements and design workshops with clients to understand their requirements and how these are best mapped to the software solution, while setting appropriate stakeholder expectations

  • Support project manager and EHSS Services team in delivering services related to corporate sustainability (GRI Standards, CDP, ISO 14001, DJSI, Carbon Footprint, Energy Efficiency, Water Footprint etc)

  • Support project manager and EHSS Services team in delivering services related to environmental accounting including emissions calculation configuration, emissions-related report creation

  • Produce solution design and corresponding documentation

  • Collaborate in project teams with other professional staff and contribute to successful project delivery

  • Quality assurance and review of documentation and configuration

  • Lead customer solution demonstrations

  • Provide support and assistance during Customer testing and go live

  • Support issue management and resolution

  • Develop customer training material and technical documentation

  • Deliver onsite and remote training courses

  • Project Manage - planning, scoping, estimating and expectation setting and ongoing coordination and communication both internally and externally on select projects

  • Review prospective client requirements for formal estimation and solution proposals

  • Manage project stakeholder expectations

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required:

Required:

  • Enthusiasm for supporting global companies with integrated sustainability consulting and software solutions

  • 2 years + consulting experience in a client-facing, consulting and/or software delivery environment.

  • Working knowledge on GHG accounting, GHG protocol and scope 3 methodologies

  • Working knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g. GRI, TCFD, SASB)

  • Experience in identifying assumptions, constraints, dependencies and risks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills

  • Ability to work with remote teams

  • Willingness to travel to client sites, including international travel

  • Willing to be flexible in working arrangements around projects

  • Prior experience with configuring software to meet client requirements

  • Understanding and mapping requirements for reports and dashboards

  • Prior experience working in an environment where time management and tracking was required.

  • Experience of working with agile and waterfall methodologies

  • Solid experience in delivering multiple projects across many vertical industries

Preferred

  • 4 years + consulting experience and a knowledge of Environmental, GHG or Sustainability Data Management and Reporting Systems

  • Working knowledge of environmental regulations, particularly air emissions

  • Delivery of global projects

  • In-depth understanding of raw data requirements, collection, validation, ownership, metrics, interdependencies for environmental and social KPIs across various industry sectors

  • Detailed knowledge on GHG Protocol, emission factor sources and applicability to emissions calculations

Education

  • Completed post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience

Pay:

$89,600.00 - $134,400.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
