Job DetailsThe Sr. Director, Transformation will serve as a key leader of Finance transformation and support the realization of process evolution, digital tools and talent management. This role will be the responsible for supporting strategic direction, project execution to enable sustainable global growth, and continuous process improvements. The role will balance Commercial Finance goals & transform process to strengthen business contributions and business unit experience with Finance. Establishing trust and credibility are paramount to the position and the individual’s overall success. This includes active listening, leveraging and influencing key internal groups, analyzing business operations, assessing processes, evaluating financial impact, developing and articulating a strategy, support the SVP and CFO in obtaining buy-in, and executing transformation plans to drive operating superiority. The environment is fast-paced, challenging, and requires comfort with ambiguity. The Transformation Sr Director must possess a willingness to stretch and move across different functions while demonstrating exceptional courage and the ability to provoke and influence change.
Serve as a strategic business and thought partner to the Commercial Finance SVP business leaders and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Executive Operating Team (EOT)
Implement action plans and frameworks to capture results as planned.
Provide comprehensive updates to the CFO leadership team, in addition to ELT and EOT
Prioritize and manage many competing projects and change initiatives.
Conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business
Analyzing statistics
Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing
Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them
Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
Making recommendations for improvement, implementing agreed solutions
Developing and implementing new procedures or training; tailored change management and communications
Coordinating with the Commercial Finance leadership team & Information Technology partners.
Experience and Educational Requirements
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Normally requires a minimum of ten (10) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
Demonstrated career progression in roles with increased influence and leadership
Experience in a leading strategic consulting firm is preferred
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively and build trust with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Excellent communication skills including presentation and PowerPoint; ability to articulate complex ideas and scenarios in a simplistic and concise manner
Strong process orientation to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a systematic way that provides clarity and focus to achieve results
Experience influencing in a large, matrixed, global environment
High level of emotional intelligence
Strong desire for self-improvement and willingness to grow one’s career; open to feedback, mentoring and coaching

Salary Range*$152,500 - 235,180*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
