About the job
The Sr. Director of HR Technology will lead the global HR Technology team, the backbone of the People team’s infrastructure, delivering system solutions and innovation to Twilions globally. This role will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our HR technology stack, focused on delivering innovative technologies to meet business needs. Reporting directly to the VP of People Services and Innovation, this leader will oversee a global team responsible for managing and enhancing platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and a suite of Talent systems. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and ensure efficient team operations to support our workforce through the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR systems strategy built for scale through collaboration with People and IT stakeholders
- Define and actively manage the HR Technology roadmap, partnering with key People team leadership to align priorities to key objectives
- Collaborate with the People team to assess current processes and identify areas for digital transformation and automation.
- Lead and mentor a team of 19 professionals across various HR technology domains, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, etc.) ensuring they meet core People team objectives and deliver an excellent employee experience.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance, building it into everything delivered
- Drive continuous improvement and stay abreast of emerging technologies.
