Sr Client Success Manager
We are looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who will be responsible for the overall satisfaction, health, advocacy, and retention for a portfolio of 20-30 assigned accounts. The ideal candidate has direct, relevant experience managing numerous clients and building businesses. You will partner with our customers to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for their customers and predictable growth for their business.
What you will do every day:
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage and set expectations for all account initiatives/open items, including projects, feature requests, bugs, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to pursue growth, coordinate additional enablement needs to drive adoption, ensure seamless resolution of escalated issues, and communicate product needs and requests
- Initiate, lead and manage preparation and execution of business reviews, including setting agendas, coordinating internal alignment and partnership, follow-ups, and holding executive briefings
- Keep customers informed of product roadmap and releases, and advise how new features are relevant to maximize product usage
- Own, thoroughly document, and communicate client health
- Maintain thorough knowledge of customer’s business, the market and competition, monitor and communicate meaningful changes to leadership
- Identify and forecast risk; create, maintain and manage mitigation strategies and clearly communicate needs from organization to fulfill mitigation plans
- Identify growth opportunities through developing authentic relationships with customers, maintaining thorough knowledge of Storable products and capabilities, as well as the storage industry, and analyzing existing product usage and performance
What you need to bring to the table:
- 3-5+ years client-facing account or project management experience in SaaS based platforms
