We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Capital One Shopping Digital Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to help formulate industry-leading strategies and drive an agenda across the evolving landscape of multiple paid marketing channels to help create explosive growth in an ascending business of Capital One.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a growth agenda within Paid Search 

• Understand the landscape of Paid Search and formulate a perspective on where it is headed to keep the team on the forefront of acquisition

• Partner with internal and external teams to develop product and creative roadmaps to enhance reach and conversion 

• Be a fungible teammate and analyst who can tackle a variety of projects outside of their direct sphere of ownership where needed
