Genesys is seeking a Senior Art Director with a strong design background and advanced illustration capabilities to join our Brand Design team within the Creative Design org. This role requires a creative leader who is responsible for crafting innovative concepts, designing impactful pitch decks, and producing exceptional visuals that elevate the Genesys brand. The Senior Art Director will collaborate closely with other creatives across design, animation, video teams and partner cross functionally across Digital, Product, Strategy and Leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, an eye for aesthetics, and expertise in branding to conceptualize and execute ideas that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and execute impactful designs to support Genesys’ brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Pitch Deck Creation: Design compelling and visually engaging pitch decks, leveraging storytelling techniques to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Custom Illustrations: Create unique, strategic illustrations that align with the company’s brand voice and enhance campaigns and initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand and creative leads, as well as teams across the organization, to develop cohesive visual strategies and elevate the brand identity.
• Presentation Skills: Confidently pitch ideas and present creative work to internal stakeholders and external partners, clearly articulating the thought process and strategy behind creative ideas.
• Design Execution: Work proficiently in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver polished creative.
