The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive for Key Accounts to build and expand relationships within our top 10% client base. These clients are primarily well-adopted, and we want to ensure their continued success while finding new opportunities for growth. This role focuses on expanding the current usage of Ceros across new regions, divisions, groups, and use cases. Your goal will be to ensure renewals and drive further expansion by leveraging the strong relationships already in place and building new ones.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to achieve renewal and expansion goals.
  • Build actionable account plans that could span from 6 to 18 months.
  • Be fully immersed in the entire customer experience, engaging with users, influencers, and decision-makers at all levels within the organization.
  • Ensure that Ceros remains a deeply integrated, indispensable tool (“sticky”) within the organization to not only secure renewals but also drive growth through expanded use cases, new teams, regions, and divisions.
