The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Specialty Provider Market Account Executive you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Managing a territory that consists of Small Hospitals and Physician practices in the Central part of the United States
- Weekly interaction with clients, specifically Executives
- Complete understanding of all clients’ ongoing short and long term initiatives, success metrics, issues and needs
- Provide constant diagnostic service to clients including on site workflow, system and operational analysis
- Achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Previously held direct sales roles with a well-regarded information solutions, technology services or software business within the healthcare information technology sector.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM application.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience selling and delivering complex technology solutions across multiple departments in Non-Acute Hospitals and Physician Practices
- Proven ability to position value / benefits with “C level” decision makers and/or Physician Practice leadership. Ability to initiate and develop successful selling strategies; ability to fully negotiate contracts and close profitable business within the region that protect all expected Solventum HIS business unit margins
- Demonstrable sales success in meeting or exceeding quotas.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $168,092 - $205,445, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
