Responsibilities:
- Inspire prospects with our software: Help make business decision makers, practitioners and the broader community enthusiastic champions through excellent demos and talks
- Identify pain and design solutions: Identify LaunchDarkly prospects’ largest problems and design solutions to solve them
- Lead successful evaluations: Lead exceptional, curated evaluations of the LaunchDarkly platform
- Ensure adoption: Partner with customers to make the LaunchDarkly adoption path clear
- Partner with Sales: Form effective partnerships rooted in your grasp of selling frameworks
- Be a trusted expert: Become an authority. Bring valuable insight about LaunchDarkly and its surrounding ecosystem to each conversation. Follow through on your commitments.
- Advocate for our customers: Be the voice of the customer to our Product and Engineering teams
- Spend time with the customer: 25-50% travel may be required to spend time in person with customers and colleagues
