We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who will be a key strategy partner translating product knowledge and expertise into client-facing content. They will provide product expertise to internal partners and clients with the ability to convey complex information to internal and external stakeholders - in order to position Carrum as strongly as possible in the market.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be crucial in providing strategic guidance throughout the sales process. You’ll be responsible for driving sales by bridging the gap between Carrum’s solution and employer business needs via knowledge sharing. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.

This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $165,000 - $195,000 depending on level of experience and geographic location.

  • Provide live support and thought partnership for prospect meetings in partnership with the Commercial team, including running product demonstrations, leading sections requiring subject matter expertise
  • Partner closely with the Commercial team to offer strategic guidance in understanding clients’ objectives and challenges to provide expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and RFPs
