About the job
The Customer Lifecycle group is central to Twilio's continued growth. We work closely with stakeholders and product teams to design and implement the infrastructure for all customer activities on our system. This includes everything from sign-up/sign-in, authentication & authorization processes to account management.
This position is needed to help the Email Identity engineering team build and maintain the email communications platform. On this team you will work on a critical platform that supports daily interactions from thousands of our customers worldwide. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated individual, passionate about large-scale software design, development, deployment, and operation, with a growth mindset, eager to enhance Twilio's next-generation communications user experience.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Identity features, while refactoring and addressing technical debt.
- Participate actively in backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with your team to meet sprint commitments.
