The Services Solution Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margin within assigned regions/accounts.

This position is part of the Nanomedicine contract manufacturing team within our Genomic Medicine division. The position will be fully remote with a focus on North America. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Analyze and articulate customer and market needs from translational discovery, PD to commercial manufacturing
• Selling contract manufacturing services/solutions with long sales cycles
• Engage in complex negotiations involving intellectual property assets, including strategic licensing deals.
• Problem solve in a commercial environment while working with customers at all levels from technical scientists to CTO and CEOs.
• Consult and gain credibility with customers on the appropriate solutions to propose when moving between research through clinical to commercialized therapeutic applications

Who you are:

• BSc. in a Life Sciences discipline is required. A Ph.D. and strong nanoparticle formulation or cell/molecular biology background is an asset.
• Must have multiple years of experience in a commercial role in the biotechnology industry, preferably contract manufacturing
• Superior interpersonal and account management skills
• Proven track record in providing deal summaries to internal stakeholders while successfully negotiating and executing complex deals concerning intellectual property assets

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
