Services and Solutions Delivery Leader, AM&D
- As the Service and Solutions Delivery leader for the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics business you have the opportunity to contribute to a measurable portion or define the Professional & Success Services function’s AOP in the market and contribute to the operationalization of the Customer Delivery & Success strategy.
Your role:
- You will ensure seamless delivery of all products, software, professional services and solutions, according to defined scope, teaming with Order Management, Supply Chain, Hosting & Operations, Revenue Operations Management, Learning Services and Services Operations to ensure a smooth delivery. You will ensure a customer-signed Statement of Work (SOW) is in place before project start.
- You will select, onboard, develop, evaluate, retain and engage staff. This may include teams made up of consultants, customer project managers, solution architects, customer delivery managers, technical account managers, solution analysts and transformation managers or any combination thereof. Consulting includes clinical and technical integration with EMR, CVIS, and other Philips systems.
- You will drive the team towards a customer success & solutions mindset. The AM&D portfolio includes solutions for resting ECG, stress ECG, ambulatory ECG, and enterprise ECG management.
- You will collaborate with product & business teams to build technology & services to drive customer success, reduce cost of delivery, increase automation, decrease customer effort and enhance solutions. Collaborate with marketing by providing customer proof points that impact success.
- You will direct the Professional & Adoption Services Management function to an agreed set of metrics, and help set the vision for its evolution, leveraging daily management and continuous improvement to meet goals.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience within services healthcare or health technology company, preferably in a Services and Solutions delivery environment. You have a minimum of 5 years of leadership and team management with the ability to lead and develop a large team of professionals.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in related discipline. MBA or equivalent experience is required.
- You must be a proven cross functional leader that can provide key insights to grow and advance the business. Must have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management (internal/Acct) both up and downstream with strong conflict resolution skills/Problem solving / Lean skills
- Travel requirements up to 20%.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT or WV is $137,000 to $220,000
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, T, VA, WI, or WY is $144,000 to $231,000
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $151,000 to $243,000
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $162,000 to $259,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
