As the Senior Solution Design Architect, Marketing Automation (Marketing Technology), you will report to the Head of Marketing Technology and will work to drive clarity and workflow efficiencies for our marketing technology engineering program, leadership and outside stakeholders.

 

You Will

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing automation within the marketing technology stack

  • Define, establish, and enforce standards and best practices for marketing automation within the marketing technology platform to be leveraged by major stakeholders in marketing technology, marketing, personalization, product, and customer success

  • Solve complex problems by designing or modifying marketing technology architecture to support marketing automation involving multiple channels, such as designing high efficiency lead generation programs or lifecycle management

  • Design and maintain a best in class marketing technology stack spanning both B2B and B2C to support marketing automation business initiatives and strategies, anchored around CDP (Segment)

  • Collaborate and develop plans with cross-functional project teams through agreed upon phases of project from requirements definition, customization, testing, training and rollout in an understandable way for stakeholders and partners

  • Contribute to our thought leadership and tribal knowledge by developing best practices, sharing your knowledge in team sessions, and maintaining thorough documentation

  • Understanding the way in which different parts of the business model work together, including operating systems and application architectures.
