We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with experience executing customer implementations and who is passionate about product analytics, problem-solving, and excellent client service. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will:
- Own a critical phase of the customer lifecycle, the technical implementation, and work alongside an Engagement Manager and other Customer Success team members to deliver great results.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, as part of the Professional Services team, to support implementation across their tech stack and continuous data management within Amplitude by becoming an expert in the Amplitude products, SDKs, and APIs.
- Draw upon your comprehensive understanding of product analytics, Amplitude's vision, and relevant experience to guide customers in building solutions to further their product intelligence strategy.
- Possess a mastery of Amplitude products in order to provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation and data governance.
- Gather, organize, and report trends and customer insights to optimize business processes, documentation and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Amplitude's Product, Engineering, Platform Support and Customer Success Managers to streamline internal processes and improve data management experience for our customers.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Prior experience working with tools in any of the following areas: enterprise SaaS, product analytics, A/B testing, feature flagging, session replay, digital marketing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, data warehouses/pipelines, or any of our integration partners.
At a minimum, you need to have:
- 4+ years of customer-facing technical experience in managing complex customer engagements and owning data integration/technical implementation deployments.
- Comfortable understanding of programming languages and concepts that underpin modern web and mobile development (e.g. SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, RESTful APIs).
- A consistent track record of successfully managing client relationships and technical projects with excellent work ethic, thought leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written social, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders with an array of experience levels and technical competencies. Ample experience in proposing technical solutions that solve the customer’s business needs.
