We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Sales Executive based out of our New York office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

  • Uphold sales goals and targets while managing a strategic book of business of large, complex accounts focused on growth and penetration.
  • Strategize account expansion initiatives by conducting thorough research and leveraging a large professional network to proactively generate growth within your area of specialization.
  • Represent the business for high-risk, high-yield accounts by addressing RFPs, developing sales presentations, and creating formal sales proposals.
  • Oversee the sales process for complex accounts, ensuring satisfaction throughout all phases while negotiating outcomes that create value for both the account and the business.
  • Evaluate the book of business to identify opportunities for expansion, leveraging internal contacts and market developments.

  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts with a focus on sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and target specific accounts effectively.
  • Advanced understanding of client needs and internal service offerings to maximize account value.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
