In the Sr QA Analyst role, you will work closely with our development and product teams to create test cases that validate our applications to serve customers with dynamic, modern user experiences. We are looking for people with strong knowledge in testing and production support. Responsibilities include solving problems, experimenting, production & model testing and testing features that we measure for value to our users. Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and the ability to be effective in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Apply analytics to identify trends or patterns that provide insight into the root cause of system failures or process breakdowns.
Systemize reporting to reduce the manual effort involved in developing reports, running queries, and pushing data out to stakeholders.
Work with external vendors, other departments, and team members during new client implementations
Access to and ability to utilize production systems
Identity gaps and errors in the claims process related to fulfillment
Production testing, manage escalation and model testing
Develop, implement, and maintain manual tests and automation scripts
Test applications used by both mobile and desktop clients
Work closely in software engineering team to execute on requirements
Create and maintain test cases for regression testing
Work in a collaborative environment
Communicating with Engineering Managers, development team and Product Owners
Work in a cadence of two-week sprints with daily stand-ups and bi-weekly retrospectives
Participate in test case reviews
Grow subject matter expertise in product, and platform
Document test results, Receive, prioritize and work escalations, Create bugs in the Azure backlog
Utilize tools for reviewing logs and analyze results
Occasional off hour participation in releases (often midnight on weeknights)
Participate in daily standups
What are the requirements needed for this position?
5+ years' experience as QA Analyst or Production Support
2+ year working doing API testing using Postman
1+ years of experience using Log Analysis tools (App Insights, Kibana, Elasticsearch, etc)
1+ year of experience doing automation testing
Must be able to work with multiple applications
Knowledge of testing on multiple browsers and devices
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Ability to demonstrate working product to the stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills to create a productive communication environment with team members and stakeholders
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Pay Range:
$72,900.00 - $121,900.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
