We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide high-level customer assistance and problem resolution across various business areas in a dynamic, multi-customer contact environment. This role involves responding to non-routine customer calls, emails, and web inquiries, serving as a single point of contact for reporting issues, making inquiries, and obtaining guidance about services provided by the service center. The successful candidate will apply expertise in one or more functional areas such as financial management, human resources management, procurement, or information technology.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Manage and oversee business process transactions, supporting efficiency and compliance across teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to align operational processes with strategic goals.
  • Monitor process performance and quality metrics, preparing reports to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Assist in resource planning, allocation, and budgeting processes.
  • Facilitate communication between senior leadership and analysts, acting as a key liaison.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, operations) or equivalent education and experience.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in managing business process transactions.
  • Strong proficiency in business process management, optimization, and compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS in Operations).
  • Experience with insurance or financial services processes is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $58,500 - $108,600.
