Senior Product Marketing Manager

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue by strengthening our B2C (employee-focused) marketing efforts. If you're passionate about messaging, user research, and ensuring that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time—this role is for you.
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of how Tapcheck communicates with employees who benefit from our platform. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft compelling messaging, drive engagement, and ensure our go-to-market strategy supports user adoption and retention. Your core focus areas will include:
What You’ll Do:
- Own Messaging & Positioning
- Develop and refine audience-segmented messaging (by industry, company size, persona, etc.) to ensure employees understand the unique value Tapcheck brings to their lives.
- Work closely with Customer Marketing to validate and test messaging that resonates with different employee groups.
- Own and manage website messaging to optimize for awareness, registration, and transfers, ensuring employees can easily understand and access Tapcheck.
- Lead thecontent creation for any new employee-focused website pages or content.
- Drive Employee Engagement & Adoption
- Partner with Customer Success and Customer Marketing to create materials (rollout decks, one-pagers, FAQs, etc.) that drive registration and engagement.
- Develop product walkthroughs, tutorials, and explainer content that enhance employee understanding of Tapcheck.
- Ensure seamless alignment between product, marketing, and customer success to improve the employee onboarding experience.
- Collaborate on Product & Feature Launches
- Own messaging, demand generation, enablement content, and campaign strategy for new product features and support those activities for new product launches.
- Work with the product, sales, and customer success teams to create enablement content that helps teams effectively communicate new offerings to employees.
- User Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to design and execute user research initiatives, defining the right questions to ask, the right audience to target, and how to extract meaningful insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to keep Tapcheck ahead of industry trends and be responsible for ensuring our Sales and Customer Success teams have the intel they need to win new deals and maintain existing relationships with our customers.
