Job Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing leader to join our team “In Residence.” You are a storyteller at heart, deeply creative, and passionate about crafting messages that resonate with customers. By being in residence, you’ll first join our ASG holding company within the Product team, reporting directly to the VP of Product. You will meet key stakeholders across the business and develop a repeatable Product Marketing playbook that we can use across multiple businesses, further grow your skills as a Product Marketing leader, and support our OpCos in project based work. The ultimate goal is to eventually be placed as a Product Marketing Lead at one of ASG’s operating companies. This isn’t a typical role. The initial playbook you put in place will influence not just one company but 20+ vertical SaaS businesses across all ASG entities. Your work will ripple across industries, driving revenue growth and improving customer happiness. You’ll collaborate closely with senior product, marketing, and go-to-market leaders at ASG operating companies using structured processes to deliver high value outcomes that:

  • Define target segments and buyer personas.
  • Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ensure that we have the right tools in place to quantify and measure impact
  • Establish and embed the product marketing function as a cross-functional driver by educating teams on its value and creating scalable frameworks for positioning, messaging, enablement, and launches.
  • Develop sales and customer success enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and demo scripts.
  • Elevate product launch processes, creating go-to-market strategies and impactful launch materials.
