Job Category

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager in our Foster City, CA office or remote, who can lead the development of the product strategy by developing a framework for decision making. Enhancing customer engagement by looking into different KPI metrics and analyzing large data sets to provide meaningful business insights. The person would be managing the current business process flow of our internal product and identifying areas of improvement by looking into different sets of data.

 

Responsibilities

  • Backing and managing the digital product roadmap and pipeline, supervising the development and release of new products aimed at enhancing the performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Strategic thinker who excels at defining the product roadmap and looking out for new features/product enhancements.
  • Design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance.
  • Creation and implementation of reporting on existing campaign progress, highlighting opportunities to optimize and grow the campaign through data driven recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to quickly pivot into new tasks as needed.
  • Conduct deep dive analyses as needed of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management and related experience with product management, conversion rate optimization, or online marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Math/Science, or otherwise proven background in business/analytics preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders (engineers, customers, etc.) in written and verbal form.
  • Strong data analysis and operationalization skills (SQL, rollups, building operational dashboards).
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
  • Experience in analyzing data and creating reports with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) for managing product development workflows.
  • Background working with SMS/Email/Call Center category environment a plus.
  • Bonus: experience working on product-led growth or any fast-growing SaaS or consumer product.

The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 USD to $130,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.   #LI-REMOTE
