Senior Product Manager, Payroll & Timekeeping

As a Senior Product Manager on the Payroll Product Team, you will own our Payroll and Timekeeping product line and grow the ServiceTitan solution to scale, supporting the needs of our expanding customer base. 

This impactful role requires proactive leadership and the ability to independently drive large, cross-functional product initiatives. It is a critical role that will underpin our efforts to delight our customers and enable ServiceTitan’s continued market expansion.

What you'll do: 

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of a related set of Payroll and Timekeeping solutions.

  • Independently execute across all areas of the product development lifecycle (research, concept, requirements, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption).

  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to identify and understand problem areas.

  • Leverage user analytics to understand pain points and identify opportunities to achieve data-driven goals.

  • Create and present business cases to recommend new investment areas.

  • Take ownership and accountability over the overall performance and availability of your functionality.

  • Proactively surface and resolve conflicts/bottlenecks.

  • Effectively assess customer escalations and impact on the roadmap and allocate resources accordingly for resolution.

  • Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert with customers, prospects, and in our online community.

  • Build strong working relationships with developers, designers, UX researchers, legal, security, and other teams as required.

  • Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers to create launch plans and with enablement managers to create training plans.

What you'll need: 

  • 5+ years experience in a product management role in B2B SaaS, with a strong technical product management background and track record of shipping new products and features.

  • Ideal candidates should have domain knowledge in Payroll systems. Experience in building products/solutions to handle union employee payroll and prevailing wage rates is desirable but not required.

  • Being a strong, persuasive communicator who can effectively communicate with different work styles to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to rapidly gain a deep understanding of the problem space and craft a compelling product vision and roadmap for all audiences.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, customer success, go-to-market, and external partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, synthesize data and draw insights, formulate scope and requirements, and validate hypotheses based on data.

  • Strong planning skills and demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain close attention to detail, and drive work on multiple pieces of functionality …
