Atlassian's in-house creative agency is looking for an experienced Senior Presentation Designer to enhance our brand expression at our annual events and conferences, and educate and empower our team members through the establishment of best practices and the creation of user-friendly templates. Along with an impressive portfolio of work, you will have experience creating compelling visual narratives and collaborating with diverse teams across product, marketing and Executive Leadership. More about the Team:

The Creative team is Atlassian's dynamic internal creative agency embedded within the marketing organization. Collectively, the team scales how millions of users experience and connect with the Atlassian brand from many dimensions. Focused on our enterprise, platform, and cloud migration businesses, you'll be amongst the designers, illustrators, writers, and animators who combine strategy with research, creativity, and create to shape how we're viewed by the world. And we don't want people to just use our products and solutions, we want people to love them!

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Reporting to the Lead Designer on the Brand Experience Team, you will take ownership in leading presentation design projects from discovery to concept and final delivery.
• Bring ideas and designs to life using industry-standard presentation principles, techniques and tools.
• As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with teams (designers, copywriters, creative directors, producers) to scope, plan, and accomplish presentation projects.
• Present and advocate your work to team members.
• Bring the Atlassian brand to life through engaging presentations that resonate with our audience.
• Maintain an understanding of Atlassian's products and services, ensuring accurate representation in all presentations.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring industry trends and techniques to maintain the latest output.
• Refine Atlassian's presentation language to enhance the brand and promote engagement.
• Participate in our design culture, sharing/receiving feedback and refining work collaboratively.
• Develop user-friendly templates and provide presentation guidance across the organization.
• Embrace an open and authentic approach to teamwork.

Qualifications

Your background:

• 8+ years of professional experience in presentation design, with a diverse portfolio of successful projects.
• Advanced skills in all enterprise presentation tools.
• An understanding of presentation principles, visual storytelling, and template creation.
• The ability to translate complex information and concepts into slides that are concise, elegant, and engaging.
• Experience with presentation design excellence in every detail, setting the standard for excellence in craft, storytelling and final output.
• Proficient in conveying information related timelines, constraints, bandwidth, and production needs to a diverse range of partners, including company executives.
• Experience working in a dynamic, remote-friendly organization across different areas of business, balancing a range of projects, priorities, and timelines.
• Passionate about bringing ideas to life through our events and offerings, approaching every project with excitement and enthusiasm.
• Experience in video and motion graphics.
• Experience developing and providing trainings on presentation design.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we aim to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $116,900 - $155,900

Zone B: $105,200 - $140,300

Zone C: $97,000 - $129,400

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
