Additionally, the Sr. Performance Consultant may provide training and coaching to associates and leadership to ensure performance is maximized. The Sr. Performance Consultant collaborates with other Readiness and Education and Business Transformation team members to achieve identified goals. The Sr. Performance Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for the organization on performance improvement, change management and organizational effectiveness strategies.Job Description

Key responsibilities:
- Organizational Success
- Drive strategies and initiatives benefiting internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with MMS/SDS leadership to ensure performance improvement initiatives align with business strategy.
- Set individual priorities in context with team priorities to meet goals in the face of multiple demands.
- Assist in the design, development and delivery of SDS new hire orientation programs as assigned.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new-hires and Readiness and Education team.Ā
- Performance Improvement/Consulting
- Demonstrate (performance) consulting skills by following an interactive process using probing questions and active discussion to understand the goals of internal stakeholders, guiding them to an optimal solution based on research and expertise
- Design appropriate assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and performance improvement interventions and solutions
- Develop collaborative partnerships with the business to proactively identify/understand training needs and drive the design and development of performance improvement solutions that close identified gaps ā¦
