In this role you will collaborate closely with our technology partners, sales teams, and customers to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our partners and their clients. You will be the technical expert in these engagements, ensuring our Lytx Vision technology is effectively integrated and aligned with some of the largest vehicle technology companies in the world on a global scale in this highly cross-functional role.

 

You’ll Get To:

  • Collaborate with partners providing expert technical guidance and leadership, to understand their goals, co-develop solutions that integrate Lytx’s products into their ecosystems, and create a joint product vision that drives mutual success.Align sales teams, partners and customers to identify their business objectives, gather requirements, and design solutions that address their specific needs through our partner network.

  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions that leverage Lytx’s technology in conjunction with partner offerings, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value for both partners and customers.

  • Provide deep technical expertise and knowledge during partner and customer engagements, expertly delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept to influence decisions and drive adoption.

  • Guide partners through the Lytx partner onboarding program and operating model, ensuring they are equipped to successfully implement and support Lytx solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Lytx’s product roadmap.

  • Support related activities around technical and sales enablement, including attending trade shows/conferences, and onsite visits to maintain and grow the Lytx partner technical community and build their video telematics business

  • Offer technical guidance and support to both partners and internal teams, ensuring that the Lytx platform is accurately positioned and understood from a technical perspective, addressing any technical questions or concerns.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to continuously enhance Lytx’s partner solutions and go-to-market strategies.

  • In collaboration with customer success and marketing, increase the number of 3rd party integrations from our top 100 customer accounts by 2x.

  • Build technical relationships and ultimately integrations with 10 of our top 20 integration partner targets as agreed upon with Sales and Product.

  • Deliver sales feedback mechanism to quickly evaluate 3rd party integration opportunities to provide feedback to Enterprise AE’s within 3-5 days to assist early deals.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related role, with a strong background in telematics, IoT, or enterprise software.

  • Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud services, APIs, data integration, and security practices, with the ability to architect complex, scalable solutions.

  • Proven sales & partnership acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives, supporting both sales and partnership teams in closing deals and fostering strong relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate and understand partners’ business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and build strong relationships.

  • Demonstrated strong product management skills and familiarity with partner business models and sales motions.

  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and services, SaaS-based solutions, and experience working within a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$167,500.00 - $212,500.00
