JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an exceptional operations professional to join our Partner Programs and Operations team. This critical role will support both the Americas and APAC partner sales leaders and their respective Partner Business Manager teams in all strategic and operational aspects including: maximizing our field partner manager coverage and productivity, creating performance measurements to assess the field’s ability to leverage the partner ecosystem, developing standardized, scalable partner reporting, leading a forecasting cadence, structuring team compensation models, and driving system enhancements in Salesforce to maximize efficiency of our go-to-market channel motion.

The role will be the primary business partner to the Americas and APAC channel leadership. With strong analytical and communication skills, this individual will drive the execution of partner-oriented projects, partner performance reviews, as well as provide key insights to field leadership.  This individual will also be expected to interact with Commvault partners in formal and informal settings.

Key Responsibilities:

•In close partnership with the Americas and APAC partner leaders, develop the fiscal year strategic pillars and measurements to track execution

•Outline the annual plan for both regions including partner manager bookings quotas, pipeline creation goals, and focus partner targets

•Partner with partner leaders to determine the most effective coverage models, headcount alignment, as well as compensation plan structure

•Develop the core metrics which will define the effectiveness of the channel routes-to-market and institute the cadence of review and inspection

•Build out reporting dashboards for the Partner Business Managers in both regions to track all key aspects of their business

•Drive system enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of partner transactions

•Create and manage a partner ecosystem forecasting process which will act as an input to the theater field forecast

•Evaluate the performance and ROI of key focus partners and routes-to-market in each region

•Participate and present at key partner QBR’s with tight alignment to the PBMs

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 15 years+ experience in partner strategy, partner operations field

• Intimate knowledge of partner strategy and sales operations related to partner transactions

• Exceptional business partner with ability to work through complex issues

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and demonstrated track record of driving enhancements

• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and drive to successful completion

• Outstanding analytical, reporting, and presentation skills

$134,300 - $247,300
