ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting Sr. Field Marketing Managers and the broader team in developing and executing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns aimed at building brand awareness, driving and nurturing leads, and accelerating sales opportunities. This role requires close collaboration with both marketing and sales teams to implement effective demand generation activities that contribute to pipeline creation. Modified and updated

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional with a strong commitment to the success of North America Field Marketing Programs on both regional and national levels. They are self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with sales stakeholders and the broader marketing organization. A creative and detail-oriented approach to campaign and event execution is essential. This individual values collaborative relationships to support cross-functional goals and is ready to provide additional support for activities that contribute to pipeline creation and progression through the pipe.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute field marketing regional in-person events, virtual events, mailers, sponsorships, and other field related activities.
  • Maintain relationships and negotiate contracts with 3rd-party vendors and venues for event planning/logistics.
  • Lead a communications plan with a diverse sales team to deliver pipeline generating programs.
  • Track expenses and budget in an organized fashion.
  • Report regularly on the status and performance of field marketing activities.
  • Support OneStream Software’s demand generation and regional sales goals through field and industry programs.
  • Understanding, utilization, and upkeep of Asana to stay organized/on-track with regional sales and the Demand Gen team.
  • Daily execution in Salesforce, Sanity, HubSpot, and Canva for Field Marketing regional programs.
  • Learn and follow the Marketing wide internal accounting process as instructed by the Finance team.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain positive relationships and follow internal processes with Alliances, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Regular communication with regional Sales leaders and Account Managers to build strong rapport and efficiently organize programs in alignment with yearly targets.
  • Support and drive communications with regional Business Development team.
