The Strategic Events & Executive Programs team at Axonius is responsible for creating and executing high-impact events and programs that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. About the Role:
As a Senior Event Manager at Axonius, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of a wide range of events, including the Axonius customer conference, roadshows, trade shows, webinars, and internal meetings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with company objectives, brand guidelines, and budget requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing successful events from conception to completion. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering relationships with customers, partners, and employees.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and marketing strategies.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop event themes, content, and promotional materials.
- Oversee on-site event management, including registration, setup, teardown, and troubleshooting.
- Manage event registration processes and attendee communication.
- Analyze event performance metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in event management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior event team members.
About you:
Experience:
- 8+ years of event marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful event strategies that drive field enablement, product launches, and revenue growth.
Skills:
- Ability to develop event strategies and execute them effectively. Being hands-on and delivering results is crucial.
- Highly organized and adept at managing resources, timelines, technology, and people to achieve objectives.
- Takes personal ownership and accountability for maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all work aspects.
- Hyper-organized and comfortable wrangling resources, timelines, technology, and people to accomplish objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Third Party industry and customer conferences, high touch executive event experiences and vendor management is also highly valued.
- Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for cybersecurity
Please note: the listed compensation range is our national range. There is some additional flexibility for NY, CA and WA.
