We are looking for highly motivated changemakers to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive, Growth. This person will work across our various markets and solutions to drive awareness and conversion across our social good segments with a focus on increasing donation volume across our various segments.
As an Account Executive working on growth initiatives, you’ll identify new opportunities for our clients to increase donation volume with Bonterra by quickly understanding our clients’ needs, execute scaled sales strategies to close new and upsell fundraising solutions and drive end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of Bonterra’ s payment and fundraising capabilities.
Responsibilities:
3-5 years of sales and/or sales-based account management experience at a technology company, preferably in the non-profit or social good space.
A strong understanding of the nonprofit market and how nonprofits work internally.
Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a pipeline in a new market.
Comfortable partnering with internal teams (ie: Customer Success, Product) to drive cross-functional sales initiatives and relay important information back from clients.
Proven ability to lead value-based upsell, contract renewals and negotiations to increase adoption of payment-based solutions, sometimes in conjunction with other account owners.
Develop and implement full sales cycle strategies for driving fundraising and payment adoption at scale among existing Bonterra customers.
Ability to work with minimal oversight across changing opportunity buckets.
Comfortable partnering with internal teams (ie: Customer Success, Product) to drive cross-functional sales initiatives.
Willing to be flexible and adapt within a growing company and changing environment.
